Quality now to ISO 9001:2008

Following our most recent ISO quality audit, we are now certified to the latest 9001:2008 standard.
Quality is a concept at the heart of what Link does. In recent years, being certified to the ISO standard has become more important to our customers as a benchmark of our services. It was for this reason that we worked towards being certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, which we were awarded in 2006.
Those of you familiar with the ISO standard will know that continually improving on the quality of your products and services is key to retaining the ISO certification. As such, we are independently audited each year to check that we are doing just that. Following our most recent audit (in January this year), we are pleased to say that our standards were assessed to now be in line with the new ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Everyone at Link has put a lot of work into continually improving the service we provide our customers, therefore we are very pleased to be recognised in this way.
