We now offer both CPG (bulk and columns) and Polystyrene (columns) solid supports for DNA synthesis.

Our functionalised polystyrene-filled columns are suitable for use on ABI3900 and MerMade 48 Synthesisers. We supply Bz-dA, Bz-dC, Ac-dC, iBu-dG, dmf-dG and dT bases supplied as packs of 50 or 200. 

Our high-quality SynBase™ CPG solid support offers a wide and flexible range of supports for your requirements. The range of SynBase™ CPG supports has been designed to offer optimum performance depending on the application, and the required nucleoside loading and length of sequence (see Choosing A SynBase™ Solid Support for further information). SynBase™ is available in three pore sizes, 500Å, 1000Å and 3000Å. Unfunctionalised supports and universal supports (CPG and polystyrene) are also available. Pre-packed CPG synthesis columns are routinely packed in ALL-FIT style columns suitable for both ABI (excluding the 3900) and Expedite instruments. MerMade compatible columns are also available for the most commonly used supports and are listed where appropriate. 

All columns are colour coded to denote the base present:

• A - Green
• C - Red
• G - Yellow
• T - Blue
