We have recently introduced the 2'-TC RNA monomers that offer reduced cycle times, high percentage full-length product and a simple, one-step cleavage & deprotection step.
RNA modification is becoming an increasingly active research area and we will be adding several products to meet this demand. The first of these is the 2'-OMe-5-Me-N-Ac-C.
We provide the four major base 2'-OTBDMS RNA phosphoramidites with a variety of protecting groups designed to maximise the efficiency of the synthesis and widen the scope for deprotection protocols. The halogenated minor base RNA phosphoramidites (5-I-U and 5-Br-U) are also available. These are particularly useful in cross-linking experiments and x-ray structural studies.
We also provide a range of 2'-OMe RNA phosphoramidites, again with a variety of protecting groups. These products have a variety of uses (see the Knowledge Base for further details).
Note that the analagous RNA CPG supports are also available. These are compatible with all phosphoramidite 2'-protection strategies.
