Solvents and liquid reagents are available for carrying out oligonucleotide synthesis on ABI, Expedite and MerMade instruments. ABI and Expedite reagents are packaged in industry-standard bottles suitable for those machines.
For most solvents and liquid reagents, standard ABI-style bottles are used on a MerMade synthesiser (although it is generally only the larger 450ml bottle that is used). The exception is the Anhydrous Wash which is used in larger volumes. This is packed in a European-style Winchester bottle compatible with all MerMade instruments fitted with solvent lines with GL45 caps (these are equivalent to DIN 45 in Europe).
Please note that, due to restrictions on shipping, we no longer provide Tetrazole Activator (product items 3100 and 3102). Instead we recommend either ETT or BTT Activators. These are available in either ready-made solutions or as bulk items.
