Technical support is available in two main forms on the website: in Product Documents and the Knowledgebase.  Each article is denoted by either a mouse or file icon to show the format of the document as below:

 icon_padlock Documents only available to customers will show a padlock if the user is not logged in

Product Documents

This section principally contains documents relating to a specific product or product range such as MSDSs. This repository can be searched.

Knowledgebase

This section contains a wide range of articles relating to different aspects of our products such as application notes, user protocols and technical support details. Items are also "tagged" (a bit like blog posts), so can be filtered by clicking on the available tags. The items can also be searched.

Each product page contains links to the relevant product documents and knowledgbase items or the repositories can be browsed from Support on the main navigation of the site. Items are listed chronologically, with the most recent first.

Please note that a number of older items have been removed as all of our current collected information is now available in the 2010 Product Guide. From this "starting point" will add further articles on an ongoing basis.
