Getting Technical Support 

The LINK Help Centre provides all of our technical information, including all product protocols, online in a single platform.

This replaces the old Knowledgebase collection of documents. As well as an information resource, the Help Centre offers a ticketed e-mail support system so that you can easily submit - and keep track of - all your technical support requests. Customers should now send e-mail technical support requests via the new Help Centre; the support @ e-mail address is no longer active.

You will also find links to relevant Product Documents in each of the product pages on this site. This section principally contains documents relating to a specific product or product range such as SDSs. This repository can be searched.
