Use of O6-Bn-(dmf)dG-CE Phosphoramidite (2188) in Oligonucleotide Synthesis 

Dissolution

Prepare a 0.1M in anhydrous acetonitrile (100μmol/1ml, 250mg/2.73ml).

Coupling

Recommended coupling time is 6min. It is recommended that fast deprotection amidites (e.g. Ac-dC, dmf-dG) are used for the standard bases in the oligonucleotide.

Deprotection

Use ammonia solution at room temperature for 3 days (from the reference below) or use AMA at RT.
