Use of 5'-Cholesterol-TEG-CE Phosphoramidite in Oligonucleotide Synthesis
Dissolution
Dissolve in anhydrous acetonitrile to a concentration of 0.1M (100µmol/1ml, 250mg/3.05ml). Please see dilution of non-crystalline phosphoramidites.
Coupling
Couple for 3-15min depending on scale.
Deprotection
No changes are needed from your standard method, however the optimum conditions are AMA, RT, 2h.
Storage & Stability
Store in a freezer at -10 to -30ºC. The product is stable in solution on the synthesiser for 2-3 days.
