Diluent for 5'-BHQ-2 Amidite (2155) for use in oligonucleotide synthesis
Contrary to our recommedations in the 2010 Product Guide (page 119), we have now found that dissolution of 5'-BHQ-2-CE Phosphoramidite in anhydrous, alcohol-free dichloromethane gives noticeably better results than using acetonitrile.
