Reagent Use in MerMade MM6 or MM12 Synthesisers
When ordering reagents for use on a MerMade synthesiser you may find it helpful to know the relative amounts of solvents required.
The table below indicates the approximate use or reagents based on a standard synthesis cycle for a 0.2µmol synthesis. The reagents used per cycle are shown in the second column. The third column shows the reagent used per 2.5L acetonitrile anhydrous wash bottle. The final two columns show the reagent use per 450ml and 200ml bottles of oxidiser.
Note: the quantities stated do not include priming of lines; this volume should be added to the amounts indicated.
