- The Link Technologies Market Feedback Survey 2011 is an online survey being conducted by Link Technologies Ltd, 3 Mallard Way, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill ML4 3BF, Scotland.
- Responses to the survey will remain confidential to Link Technologies Ltd and will not be shared with any third party for any purpose.
- Results of the survey will not be available to respondents, although Link Technologies Ltd may report the results for marketing purposes without any attribution to respondents.
- Any personal details provided in the survey by respondents will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be used for contacting respondents regarding the survey and the reward and/or prize offered, and not shared with any third party.
- Respondents may complete the survey anonymously, however this will exclude them from the reward and prize draw.
- Each respondent who completes the survey will be sent a gift voucher for online store Amazon to the value of £10, €10, or $15 depending on the currency of their resident country. This voucher will be sent by e-mail within 14 days of completing the survey to the e-mail address provided in the survey. Please contact us if you have not received your voucher code within 14 days. Link Technologies Ltd reserves the right to substitute the survey completion award for a gift of equal value.
- Each respondent who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw for a single prize of an Amazon Kindle. The draw will take place on 31 August 2011 and the winner will be notified by e-mail on this date. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. Link Technologies Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value.
- Surveys will be considered complete and eligible for a reward and entry to the prize draw at the discretion of Link Technologies Ltd. Surveys with a significant number of skipped questions will be considered incomplete and not eligible for the reward or entry to the prize draw.
- Only one completed survey per person will be eligible for the reward and entry to prize draw.
